We have holiday houses for 2 to 20 persons with a sauna and/or hot tub. Perfect for a wellness vacation with family, friends, or with your partner!

Private wellness and hotel service

We have vacation villas with private wellness for 2 to 20 persons. Besides being very luxurious , the cottages are also extremelysustainable. They were built with sustainable materials and feature a heat pump and solar panels.  Our spacious wellness bungalows are modern and attractively furnished to make you feel right at home here. With our luxury hotel service, you will be completely pampered. Upon arrival, beds are made and towels are provided. A kitchen package will also be waiting for you.  Add to that our location surrounded by nature and close to the German border and it's clear: this is where you want to be!

Things to do from your cottage with a hot tub and sauna

In addition to ultimate relaxation at your cottage with private wellness, there are plenty of things to do in and around the holiday parks. Thanks to their location surrounded by nature, there are plenty of hiking and cycling trails. Visit the picturesque villages of Ootmarsum, Winterswijk, Vreden, Lichtenvoorde, and Aalten. But big cities like Zwolle, Almelo, Enschede, Münster, Dortmund, Essen, and Düsseldorf are easily accessible from our holiday parks in Gelderland and Overijssel as well. You can enjoy all park facilities during your stay. At the parks, play a game of pétanque, rent a bike at the front desk or enjoy a bite to eat at the restaurants. Go swimming at park Wiltershaar in the natural swimming pond with a sunbathing area.

🐾 Is my dog welcome at the holiday homes?

Absolutely. after all, your dog is part of the family. You'd rather not leave it at home when you go to enjoy your vacation.  That's why your dog is welcome in some holiday houses at our Hofparken. A maximum of two dogs is allowed per holiday house. The area is the perfect place to enjoy cycling and hiking with your dog!

Where is the private wellness located?

Both hot tubs and saunas are located in the yard of your holiday house. This was a deliberate choice, because it contributes to the feeling of space, pure relaxation, and freedom. That's why our motto is "enjoy a natural stay". In addition, of course, you will enjoy the natural views from the sauna and hot tub.
