General

Parking

Parking is available at the Amalia 4 or 6 at your holiday villa. There is room for one car here. If you come with several cars, there is ample parking to the left of reception, including charging points for electric cars. At the hotel studios, you can park your car in the adjacent parking lot opposite reception. The Amalia Familia has a private parking lot with room for eight cars. You will also find one charging point for electric cars at this parking facility.

Pets

Dogs are allowed at Hofparken Wiltershaar in selected vacation rentals. When making the reservation, you can indicate that you are bringing your dog(s). You can bring up to two dogs. Per dog, you will pay a fee of €7.50 per night.

Smoking

All of our holiday accommodations are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed outside.

Bringing a bicycle

Hofparken Wiltershaar is located in a beautiful natural area, which is easy to explore by bicycle. Do bring your own bicycle! In the shed of the holiday villa is enough space to safely store several bicycles. Would you like to rent some bicycles? Please contact reception in advance.

Visitors

Family and friends are welcome during your stay at Hofparken Wiltershaar. They should report to the reception desk upon arrival. Visitors can park their cars in the general parking lot to the left of the restaurant. Will your guests spend the night? If so, a tourist tax will be charged as well as a surcharge for extra bed linen and towels.

BBQ'ing

BBQ'ing is allowed in your own yard under conditions. This is weather dependent. Please inquire at the front desk in advance about the possibilities.

Hotel services

The services offered by Hofparken can be compared to the service of a hotel. Clean towels and bed linen are provided in your vacation villa. You will also receive a variety of toiletries upon arrival. In addition, the vacation villa is equipped with a kitchen kit that includes a tea towel, dish towel, dish brush, and dish soap. That way, the vacation feeling starts when you pack your bag! Should you need extra towels, bed linen or anything else, this can be booked in addition. Please let the front desk know and they will be happy to assist you.

At hotel studios, beds are made upon arrival. Would you also like the convenience of beds already made when you arrive at the vacation rental for 4 or 6 persons? You can book this with reception.

Cleaning

If you stay at the hotel studio, your room will be cleaned daily. Are you staying at one of our other holiday homes? In that case, it is cleaned after you leave. You will find a cleaning set with a broom and dustpan and brush at the accommodation. If you want to vacuum in between, you can let us know at reception.

Restaurant 1897

At the park, you will find Restaurant 1897, located in the renovated farmhouse of Wiltershaar. Here, we serve surprising but familiar dishes made using local and sustainable ingredients. We will be happy to welcome you daily between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. for the most delicious coffee and tea with pastries. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, you are welcome between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. for a sumptuous lunch. Reserve in advance by caLling 0543 216 053 and be sure of a table! Arrival

You can check in for your stay at the front desk. That sits centrally on the park in the old farmhouse, which also houses Restaurant 1897. You are welcome to check in from 3:00 p.m. You can do so until 6:00 p.m. Checking in later is possible after consultation. Please contact our reception at 0543 216 052 to do so.

Access to your vacation rental

Upon check-in, you will receive the keys to your vacation rental. In case of loss or theft of the key(s), please notify the reception desk immediately by calling 0543 216 052. If this occurs after reception hours, please contact us by calling 06 570 329 79.

WiFi

All vacation rentals have their own Wi-Fi network. The login codes can be found on the card on the table in the holiday home. The use of WiFi is free in all our vacation rentals.

Park shop

Good to take into account: we don't have a park store yet. We do offer a small range of food and drink items for sale at reception. In addition, it is possible to book breakfast and we welcome you for lunch or dinner at Restaurant 1897.

Departure

Check-out can be done at the front desk on the day of departure. We kindly ask you to leave your holiday home before 11:00 a.m. and to hand in the keys at the reception.

We offer you the possibility to book a late check-out until 13:00 for an extra fee of €20. Add late check-out to your booking on the website or inform reception during your stay. Have you changed your mind at he last moment? You can even let us know on the morning of departure. Contact reception and they will ensure that you can leave your holiday home later.

Inventory

In your vacation rental, you will find a complete inventory for the number of persons the vacation rental is equipped for.

Ample crockery, cutlery, and various types of glasses
Extras in the kitchen: toaster and sandwich iron
A Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle
Sonos One music box

Complaints

Do you have a complaint? We will be happy to resolve it with you. If you have a negative experience during your stay, please don't hesitate to contact reception right away.
